So, the final question… is ChatScribe Pro worth it? I am going to be very direct. You must listen very, very, very carefully.
The idea of this tool is a 10/10. The features are “brilliant.” When it works, users say the transcription is very accurate.
BUT. This is one of the biggest “buts” I have ever seen. There are huge red flags. You must read the reviews.
1. The Support is “Non-Existent.” This is the number one complaint. I am seeing many, many users who say they send support tickets and get no reply for days or even weeks. This is a very, very bad sign.
2. The Tool is “Often Down.” This is the other big problem. Users are reporting “technical issues,” “glitches,” and “server connection problems” all the time. They say they are “unable to access my subscription several times a week.” A transcription can get stuck for days. This is not a reliable tool for a business.
3. The UI is Confusing. The “My Plan” page does not show you your total minutes, so you do not even know what your limit is.
So, my verdict is: this is an extremely high-risk deal. The idea is amazing, but the execution is, I think, very, very bad. It is a buggy tool with no support. You must be very, very careful with this one. Simple as that.
