What we review (and what we don't)
We have a small editorial team and a long queue. To keep reviews high-quality and useful, your tool needs to clear a few baseline checks before it enters the queue.
- Real product
The tool must be live and usable. We do not review pre-launch landing pages, "join the waitlist" projects, or vapourware.
- AI is core, not a marketing wrapper
The AI capability has to be central to the value proposition. Adding "AI-powered" to the homepage is not enough.
- Transparent pricing
Pricing must be public on your site. If your model is "contact us for pricing", we cannot verify the value claim and will not review.
- No misleading claims
If the homepage promises something the product cannot do, the verdict will reflect that. Send us tools you are confident in.
- Working trial / demo / free tier
We need access to test. Offer a free trial, demo account, comp code, or sandbox - whatever works for your model.

Is submitting my tool free?
Yes. Submission and the editorial review process are completely free. We make money from affiliate commissions on tools we have already reviewed positively + clearly-labeled sponsored slots on listing pages. Nobody pays for a verdict.
How long until my tool gets reviewed?
Typical editorial queue is 4 to 8 weeks. Tools that fit a current category gap (e.g., a category we are actively building out) move faster. We will give you an indicative window in the acknowledgement email.
Will you guarantee a positive verdict?
No. We will not review tools at all if a positive verdict is a condition. Our verdicts have to mean something - that is the only reason readers trust them. If your product is genuinely strong in its category, the verdict will reflect that.
Can I see the review before it publishes?
Yes. We send a draft preview 5-7 days before publication. You can flag factual errors (wrong pricing, missing features that exist, misrepresented use cases). We will fix factual issues. We will NOT change the verdict, the tone, or who-should-skip sections based on PR feedback.
What kinds of AI tools are you NOT reviewing?
Tools without public pricing. Tools that are still pre-launch waitlists. Anything that violates major platform terms (e.g., engagement-faking on social platforms). Generic ChatGPT wrappers with no unique value. Tools targeting illegal use cases. We focus on AI tools with real businesses behind them.
My tool has a lifetime deal on AppSumo/Dealify/etc - should I still submit?
Yes - and please include the LTD link. Active lifetime deals get prioritised in the queue because the deal window is time-sensitive. We will include your AppSumo/Dealify link as the affiliate URL with proper disclosure.
Do you accept tools that are not in English?
We currently only review tools with an English UI. The audience we serve is English-first. We may add other languages in 2026-2027 - if interested, send a note via the contact form.
What if my pricing or features change after the review publishes?
Email us with the change details. Significant changes (new tier, big price drop, removed feature, lifetime deal launch) trigger a "modified" date update on the review and a refresh of the affected sections. We do not let outdated reviews sit there.
Can I sponsor a featured slot AND get an editorial review?
Yes - they are independent. The editorial review goes through the normal queue with no fast-track. The sponsored slot goes live within 7 days and is clearly labeled. Many tools do both - the editorial review builds long-term SEO equity, the sponsored slot drives short-term traffic.
How do I submit a Black Friday deal specifically?
