- The product is live and usable today
No waitlists, no "join the beta" landing pages, no demo videos standing in for a product.
- Pricing is public on your own site
A price, an entry tier, a free plan, or a clearly-labelled "contact us for enterprise" is fine. A pricing page that only says "contact us" is not, because there is no fact to verify.
- AI does real work in the product
AI-first and AI-enabled both qualify. A homepage badge that says "AI-powered" over unchanged software does not.
- The homepage claims match the product
Facts get checked against your own pages. If a claim does not survive that check, the profile records what the product actually does.
- English interface
The audience here is English-first, so the UI needs to be too.

Is it free to submit an AI tool?
Yes. Submitting your AI tool is free: there is no listing fee, no badge to display and no reciprocal link to add. Free to submit does not mean every tool is accepted, though. Each submission is judged against the same criteria, and tools that miss one are told which.
What kinds of software can I submit?
AI tools, generative AI tools, AI agents, chatbots, voice agents, and AI-first or AI-enabled SaaS. The product has to be live, have public pricing, and do a job a working professional would recognise. Pick the closest category in the form; it gets re-filed if it belongs elsewhere.
Does submitting my software for review mean you write a review?
The submission itself is reviewed: the product is checked against the criteria and its facts are verified before anything publishes. The listing that results is a verified spec profile, not an opinion piece. A hands-on written or video review is separate editorial work, covered on /advertise/, and the verdict on it is never for sale.
Can I get my tool ranked higher on the board?
No. Board position comes from the ZPlatform Score, which is computed from coverage across our editorial pages, verification freshness and reader votes. There is no paid override and no sponsored slot on the board.
How long does it take for a listing to go live?
You hear back within 48 hours on weekdays. Accepted tools publish on the AI tools board within 10 business days of that, depending on how quickly the facts can be verified against your own pages. Live lifetime deals are time-sensitive, so mention one in the description and it moves up the queue.
Can I edit my listing after it goes live?
Yes. Email alston@zplatform.ai with what changed - a new price, a new plan, a removed feature, a launched deal - and the profile is re-verified against your pages and re-stamped with a fresh date. Facts are ours to verify, so we do not hand over editing access, but we do keep them current at no cost.
What is the ZPlatform Score?
The number the board ranks by. It is derived from three things: how much editorial coverage a tool has earned across our reviews, best-of lists and alternatives pages; how recently its facts were verified against its own site; and how readers have voted on it. It is recomputed as those inputs change, which is why a listing has somewhere to climb to.
Can I submit a tool I did not build?
Yes. Put your own email in the form so we can come back to you with questions. Everything is still verified against the tool's own pages before it publishes.
