Features that were in the deal, like the HubSpot integration, are now, uh, they are blocked behind a new paywall. This is a very, very bad sign.
And the other problem? The support. I am seeing “horrible support,” “support does not exist,” and “you need to pay €50 a month for a human.” So, my verdict is: the idea is a 10/10, but the deal is, I think, very high-risk.
