These Payment Terms govern every paid service purchased from ZPlatform. They set out fees, what counts as delivery, our refund position, and the limits of what we commit to. Please read them before you pay, because payment confirms your acceptance of them in full.
Effective date: July 30, 2026. The version published on this page at the time of your payment is the version that applies to that purchase.
1) Scope and Acceptance
By submitting payment for any paid service described below, you (the “client”, “vendor”, or “you”) agree to these Payment Terms in full, on your own behalf and on behalf of any company you represent. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not make payment.
These terms apply alongside our published editorial and disclosure policies. Where a written order confirmation, quote, proposal, or invoice specifies particular deliverables, that document defines the scope of work, and these terms govern the commercial relationship around it. If the two ever conflict on scope, the written order confirmation takes precedence.
2) Who You Are Contracting With
Paid services are provided by ZPlatform AI SaaS Marketing, an internet marketing service operated by Alston Antony.
- Business name: ZPlatform AI SaaS Marketing

- Business email: alston@zplatform.ai
- Office hours: 10:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday
We publish the same business name and address on our contact page, our business profile, and our invoices. If you receive an invoice or payment request quoting different details, do not pay it, and contact us to verify first.
3) Services Covered by These Terms
These Payment Terms apply to all paid services, including but not limited to:
- paid product listings and deal placements
- sponsored posts, sponsored guest posts, and sponsored content placements
- newsletter features and dedicated email placements
- social media promotions and community placements
- featured placements, badges, and priority positioning
- founder and expert interview placements
- SaaS SEO services, including audits, keyword and content strategy, content production, and consulting
- directory submission services and third-party platform submissions
- product demo and review video production
- any other one-time or recurring promotional, editorial, or SEO service we invoice for
Anything not expressly listed in your written order confirmation falls outside the agreed scope and is not part of the purchase.
4) Fees, Currency, and Taxes
All fees are quoted and payable in the currency stated on the invoice or checkout page. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, bank charges, currency conversion costs, and payment processor fees, unless the invoice states otherwise.
Work is scheduled only after payment has been received and confirmed. A quoted price applies to the specific scope in that quote and may change for future purchases.
5) One-Time Fees and Resource Allocation
Unless your order states a recurring arrangement, all fees are one-time fees for a specific agreed scope. Once payment is processed, we reserve editorial capacity, publishing slots, newsletter scheduling, distribution planning, and staff time specifically for your project.
That allocation happens immediately after purchase, which is the basis for the refund position set out next.
6) Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments are final and strictly non-refundable. You are not eligible for a refund, partial refund, credit, chargeback, or service reversal on the basis of results, expectations, or a change of plan, including but not limited to:
- fewer clicks, visits, or impressions than you expected
- fewer signups, trials, leads, or customers than you expected
- sales or revenue that did not meet your projections
- search rankings, keyword positions, or AI search citations not moving as you hoped
- a submission or placement not producing measurable SEO impact
- audience interest, market demand, or product-market fit not matching your assumptions
- a change in your business strategy, funding, staffing, or roadmap
- delays caused by you, including late assets, late approvals, or unreachable contacts
- dissatisfaction with outcomes after the agreed deliverables have been completed
Where a service has already been delivered in whole or in part, no refund is available for the delivered portion under any circumstances.
7) No Performance Guarantees
We do not guarantee results. We guarantee the delivery of the agreed work, and nothing beyond it. You acknowledge and agree that we make no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any fixed, minimum, or estimated:
- traffic, clicks, sessions, visits, or impressions
- search engine rankings, keyword positions, or ranking improvements
- indexation of any page, link, or listing by any search engine
- inclusion or citation in AI search results, AI Overviews, or any AI assistant
- domain rating, domain authority, or any other third-party SEO metric
- backlink acceptance, approval, retention, or permanence on third-party sites
- leads, signups, trials, conversions, or customers
- sales, revenue, ROI, or any financial outcome
- email opens, clicks, replies, or social engagement
- brand visibility, reputation, or awareness outcomes
Any figures, ranges, past examples, or historical results shared with you before purchase are illustrative context only. They are not projections, targets, commitments, or guarantees, and they must not be relied on as predictions of your own outcome.
8) Factors Outside Our Control
Outcomes for promotional, editorial, and SEO work depend heavily on factors we neither control nor influence, including:
- your product quality, reliability, pricing, and offer strength
- your website, landing page, checkout, and onboarding experience
- search engine algorithms, policy changes, and manual actions
- how AI engines retrieve, rank, and cite sources
- moderation decisions made by third-party directories, marketplaces, and platforms
- social platform reach, distribution, and algorithm changes
- email deliverability and recipient behaviour
- competitive activity, market demand, seasonality, and campaign timing
Because these variables differ for every product, results vary widely between clients, and the performance of any other client is not an indicator of your own.
9) What Counts as Delivery
Our obligation is limited to completing the specific deliverables named in your written order confirmation. A service is considered fully delivered and fulfilled as follows.
Promotional placements, listings, and sponsored content
Delivered when the agreed placement has been published, scheduled, or distributed as specified in your order. Delivery is measured by publication, not by the audience response to it.
Newsletter and social placements
Delivered when the agreed email has been sent to the intended segment, or the agreed post has been published on the stated channel. We do not commit to any open rate, click rate, reach, or engagement level.
Directory submission services
Delivered when the agreed number of submissions has been completed and reported to you. Third-party directories, marketplaces, and platforms make their own acceptance decisions on their own timelines. We cannot guarantee approval, listing placement, link attributes, indexation, or how long an accepted listing stays live, and no refund arises from a third-party rejection or removal.
SaaS SEO services
Delivered when the agreed work product has been supplied, for example an audit, a keyword or content plan, published content, technical recommendations, or completed submissions. SEO is an ongoing discipline shaped by competitors and search engine policy, so delivery is defined by completion of the work, never by a ranking, traffic, or revenue result.
Video production, interviews, and badge placements
Delivered when the agreed video or interview has been published, or the agreed badge and assets have been supplied.
Once the agreed deliverables are complete, the engagement is fulfilled, and no claim for a refund based on performance, subjective expectations, or business outcomes will be accepted.
10) Editorial Control and Sponsored Disclosure
We retain full editorial control over everything published on our properties. We may edit, format, shorten, restructure, or decline any submitted copy so that it meets our editorial standards, and we may publish our own honest assessment of a product alongside or instead of vendor-supplied claims.
Paid placements are clearly labelled and disclosed to readers in line with our affiliate and sponsorship disclosure and applicable advertising rules. Payment buys placement, production, and editorial resources. It does not buy a positive review, a particular verdict, a particular rating, a fixed position in a ranked list, or the removal of criticism.
If our honest assessment of your product turns out to be unfavourable, that assessment still gets published, and it does not entitle you to a refund. This is the basis on which readers trust our coverage, and it is not negotiable at any price.
11) Links, Link Attributes, and Indexation
Link placements are part of a paid editorial or promotional package. Link attributes, including whether any link is followed, nofollowed, or marked as sponsored, are determined solely by our editorial policy and by the search engine guidelines that apply at the time of publication. We may change a link attribute at any time in order to stay compliant with those guidelines.
We do not sell rankings, link equity, or search engine outcomes, and no fee paid to us should be understood as payment for them. We do not guarantee that any link or page will be crawled, indexed, retained by a third party, or that it will produce any SEO effect.
12) Content Lifecycle
Our sites are actively maintained. Pages may be updated, consolidated, restructured, redirected, or retired over time as part of normal editorial and technical work, and reviews are refreshed when a product materially changes.
Unless your order expressly states a guaranteed duration, no placement is warranted to remain at a fixed URL indefinitely, and routine maintenance does not create a refund entitlement.
13) Timelines
Any dates, turnaround times, or publication windows we share are good-faith estimates rather than binding deadlines, unless your order confirmation expressly states a fixed date. Timelines depend on your assets, approvals, and responsiveness, as well as our editorial calendar. Delay alone does not entitle you to a refund, and we will reschedule affected deliverables where reasonably possible.
14) Your Responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for:
- the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all information, claims, and assets you supply
- holding all rights and licences needed for the logos, images, video, and copy you provide
- your product quality, uptime, reliability, and support
- the validity of any offer, discount, coupon, or redemption process you advertise
- your website, landing page, tracking, checkout, and onboarding functionality
- your own conversion optimisation, pricing, retention, and churn outcomes
- compliance with the laws, tax rules, and advertising regulations that apply to your business
We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profit, lost data, indirect or consequential losses, failed conversions, technical faults on your side, or the behaviour of any customer after they leave our site.
15) Right to Decline, Postpone, or Remove
We may reject, postpone, edit, or remove any placement, listing, or content that we reasonably consider misleading, deceptive, unsafe, non-functional, infringing, unlawful, or inconsistent with our editorial standards. The same applies where a product materially changes, an offer is withdrawn, or a vendor becomes unreachable.
If we decline a purchase before any work has begun, we may at our sole discretion offer a credit or a refund. Where work has already started or been published, section 6 applies unless we agree otherwise in writing.
16) Chargebacks and Disputed Payments
Because these services are non-refundable and resources are committed immediately, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after work has been scheduled or delivered is a breach of these terms. We may suspend or remove all placements and deliverables associated with a disputed payment, decline future work, and recover any fees, processor charges, and reasonable costs we incur in responding to the dispute.
If you have a concern about a delivery, contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly by rescheduling or correcting the deliverable.
17) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any paid service, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that specific service.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, rankings, traffic, or anticipated savings, even if we were advised that such loss was possible. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Payment Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or any paid service, are governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, and both parties submit to that jurisdiction. Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith by direct discussion.
19) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Payment Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your payment is the version that applies to that purchase. Material changes take effect for new purchases from the date they are published here, and the effective date at the top of this page is updated accordingly.
20) Agreement and Contact
By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms, including the strict no-refund policy in section 6 and the no-guaranteed-results policy in section 7.
Questions before you buy are welcome and encouraged. Reach us at alston@zplatform.ai or through our contact page, and we will confirm scope, deliverables, and timing in writing before any payment is made.
