How fast do you reply to messages?
Most messages get a personal reply from Alston within 24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends. Partnership and sponsorship enquiries that need budget review may take 2-3 business days.
Can I pay to get my AI tool reviewed faster?
No. Reviews are not for sale at zPlatform. We do offer paid featured ad spots on listing pages and newsletter sponsorships - those are clearly labeled as sponsored and never affect editorial verdicts. The review queue is editorial-only.
I noticed a deal that should be on zPlatform but is not - can I send it?
Yes please. Send the tool URL and the deal source (LTD platform, special discount link, etc.) via this form or email. We add 5-10 reader-suggested deals every month.
I disagree with one of your verdicts. How do I appeal?
Use the form, set the subject to "Report an Error", and tell us what we missed. If we agree the verdict needs updating after re-testing, we update the page and add a public note explaining the change. We have changed verdicts based on reader feedback before.
Do you accept affiliate-only relationships?
We will only join an affiliate program for tools that have already passed our independent review process. We never let an affiliate relationship influence a verdict, and we disclose all affiliate relationships clearly on each deal page.
