What Do Tuikor AI’s Privacy Policy and Data Handling Actually Say?

There are two live privacy policies, on two domains, and which one governs you depends on where you found the app.

The Google Play listing links its official policy to `tuikeai.com`, a separate Shenma property. That copy is dated April 19, 2025. The copy served at tuikor.com is dated February 12, 2026. For an app whose signature feature is cloning your face, the difference between them is not cosmetic.

The 2025 version carries a section headed “Special Notice on Facial Information and Digital Avatar Generation.” It commits to processing facial data only for avatar generation, never for advertising, never shared or transferred or disclosed to any third party, stored encrypted, with authorization withdrawable at any time. It is the strongest promise in either document.

That section does not appear in the 2026 revision at all. The current policy at tuikor.com replaces it with a disclosure about third-party AI providers, and says nothing specific about biometric data.

Meanwhile, the Google Play data safety card for the same app states that it may share personal info and photos and videos with third parties, and may collect personal info, messages and two further categories.
