VerdictStart on the free plan today, then move to Growth once you run more than a handful of mailboxes. At 20 mailboxes it works out at $4.95 per mailbox a month on monthly billing, and the seed-list option covers Klaviyo and Mailchimp senders that mailbox-based tools cannot connect to.

What E-Warmup does to your sender reputation

E-Warmup is an automated email warmup tool. You connect a mailbox, and its network sends, opens, replies to and rescues your emails from spam so that Gmail and Outlook see a sender with a normal engagement history before your real campaigns start. Around that warmup engine it bundles the deliverability checks most teams otherwise buy separately.

  1. Connect a mailbox. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Zoho, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun and plain SMTP/IMAP are supported, most of them over OAuth. The vendor puts setup at under 30 seconds.
  2. Warmup runs on its own. Emails go back and forth with the network’s inboxes, get opened and replied to, and are pulled out of spam when they land there. Warmup replies are filtered and auto-archived, so your real inbox stays clean.
  3. The warmup looks like your outreach. You pick a topic (B2B outreach, SaaS, recruiting, lead gen and others), can load your own email copy as the warmup content, and on Growth and above warm up in 30+ languages with “AI read emulation”, which simulates realistic reading time rather than an instant open.
  4. Health monitoring watches the rest. SPF, DKIM and DMARC status, bounce rate, 100+ blacklists, a DNS score and scheduled inbox placement tests sit in one dashboard, with bounce protection that lowers volume when bounces climb.

The part that stands out is how much of that is available before you pay. The free plan includes the dashboard, five DNS score tests and five inbox placement tests a month, which is enough to find out whether you have a deliverability problem at all.

I have not connected a mailbox to E-Warmup, so this review is built from what the company publishes: the homepage, pricing page, feature pages, FAQ, terms, fulfillment policy, help center and founder’s post, plus its G2 and Trustpilot profiles and the pricing pages of three competitors, all checked on 2026-09-28. The pricing is published in unusual detail, down to per-mailbox daily limits, which makes a like-for-like comparison possible without a trial.

E-Warmup homepage with the spam-fix headline, free signup button and inbox placement claim

The feature list down the left edge is the product in short: warmup, reputation repair, monitoring and a money-back guarantee. The 98% inbox placement figure is the vendor’s own; more on the published numbers below.

Who E-Warmup suits, and who should look elsewhere

E-Warmup is a strong fit for:

  • Agencies and sales teams running many mailboxes. Pricing is per plan, not per inbox, so the cost per mailbox falls as you add them: $9.80 on Basic, $4.95 on Growth and $4.73 on Premium at monthly prices.
  • Senders on Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify or ActiveCampaign. Seed-list warmup works without an SMTP connection, bought per campaign rather than per month. Most warmup tools need a mailbox login and simply cannot help here.
  • Founders who want to check before they spend. A free plan with no expiry and no card, plus free SPF, DMARC and spam-checker tools on the site, lets you diagnose a problem at zero cost.
  • Multilingual outreach. Warmup in 30+ languages on Growth and above builds signals in the language your prospects actually receive.

Look elsewhere if you:

  • Need a new domain campaign-ready fast on the free plan. Ten warmup emails a day on one mailbox is a test drive, not a ramp. Basic’s 150 a day per mailbox is the working tier.
  • Want a long public track record. The product is young and its third-party review base is small, covered below.
  • Need a refund on an upgrade or seed credits. The 14-day guarantee covers a first subscription only.

E-Warmup pricing: the free plan and the per-mailbox maths

Every paid plan runs its full daily volume on every connected mailbox, and yearly billing is priced at ten months for twelve. All figures are from the E-Warmup pricing page, checked 2026-09-28.

Growth is the plan most teams should aim for. It is where AI read emulation, 30+ language warmup, advanced email monitoring and premium support switch on, and at $99 for 20 mailboxes its $4.95 per mailbox sits well below the single-inbox rates in the comparison further down. Basic suits a founder with a few sending domains; Premium adds provider selection and a dedicated support channel for agencies juggling client domains.

Yearly billing saves exactly two months on each plan: $98 on Basic, $198 on Growth and $378 on Premium. High Volume adds unlimited mailboxes, a white-label dashboard, API and webhook alerts and a done-for-you option, priced on request.

The money-back terms are clear. The fulfillment policy gives first-time subscribers a full refund within 14 days by email to support. Renewals, plan upgrades, seed credits and repurchases at a discount are excluded, so test on the free plan before upgrading rather than inside the refund window.

Seed list warmup for Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Shopify senders

This is E-Warmup’s most distinctive feature. Mailbox warmup tools need to log into the account that sends your email, which rules out anyone sending newsletters and flows through an email marketing platform. E-Warmup’s seed lists flip it around: you add its seed inboxes to your list, send your campaign as normal, and the seeds engage with it, rescue it from spam and report where it landed.

PackPriceSeed credits
Warmup Launch$19 one-time200
Warmup Campaign$37 one-time600
Warmup Session$55 one-time1,000
DFY PackQuoteFully managed, white-label reports

Credits never expire, so an ecommerce brand can buy a pack before a seasonal campaign and use the rest months later. Every pack includes B2B and B2C seed lists and an inbox placement report.

Monitoring that comes bundled with the warmup

Most warmup tools stop at sending warmup emails. E-Warmup’s Email Health Monitoring puts seven checks in one view: SPF, DKIM and DMARC, sender reputation, bounce rate, blacklist status, DNS score, deliverability trend and inbox placement, with placement tests that run weekly or on demand.

Two parts go beyond reporting. Bounce protection reduces warmup volume automatically when the bounce rate rises, which is the moment a runaway warmup can do the most damage. Blacklist recovery submits delisting requests when a domain appears on one of the 100+ lists it watches, rather than leaving you to file them by hand.

The free tools on the site are worth a bookmark whether you sign up or not: an SPF record generator, a DMARC record generator and an email template spam checker.

Where E-Warmup can let you down

  • The free plan will not prepare a cold domain on its own. Ten warmup emails a day is right for checking the dashboard and running the free tests. If you plan to send campaigns from a new domain within a few weeks, budget for Basic from the start.
  • Basic warms up in one language without read emulation. Both features start on Growth. A team sending Spanish or German outreach on Basic gets warmup signals that do not match its real campaigns.
  • The published results are the vendor’s own. The 98% inbox placement rate, the 5,000+ customers and 85,000+ domains, and the before-and-after sender scores are self-reported without a method. The line “+22.5% growth in our customers’ email channel conversion rates” also appears word for word on Warmy’s pricing page, so read homepage statistics as marketing and judge on your own placement tests.
  • The network size is stated two ways. The homepage describes 40,000+ real inboxes; the how-it-works page says 5,000+. If your plan depends on network scale for a large sending volume, ask support which figure applies.
  • The refund window is narrow in scope. Upgrades, renewals and seed credits sit outside the 14-day guarantee.

Who is behind E-Warmup, and what reviewers say

E-Warmup is run by E-Warmup LLC, with its terms governed by Wyoming law and disputes going to AAA arbitration. Its founder, Mehboob Hasan Rohit, writes in the company’s origin post that he spent years fixing deliverability by hand as a top-rated Fiverr seller with more than 4,000 orders, then spent over a year turning that playbook into software. The same post gives the launch date as January 7, 2026, although the Trustpilot profile was claimed in July 2023, which suggests an earlier version existed before the relaunch.

That founder background shows in the product. Seed-list warmup, bounce protection and blacklist delisting are the problems a hands-on deliverability consultant spends their days on, and they are exactly what E-Warmup adds on top of plain warmup.

Independent reviews are still few, which is normal for a product this new:

PlatformRatingReviewsChecked
G24.8 out of 522026-09-28
TrustpilotTrustScore 442026-09-28

The G2 reviews single out the bounce-rate data and AI read emulation. One thing to know when reading them: E-Warmup’s reward program gives a free month of the Growth plan for each review left on G2, Trustpilot or Capterra, and a free month of Basic for posting about it on Reddit or LinkedIn. Rewarded reviews are common in SaaS, but they are a reason to weigh your own free-plan results above the star ratings.

E-Warmup vs MailReach, Warmy and Warmup Inbox

If you are shortlisting the best automated email warmup and deliverability tool for your stack, these are the three E-Warmup most often gets compared with. Prices are from each vendor’s own pricing page, checked 2026-09-28.

AlternativePricePick it instead when
MailReach€25 per mailbox a month, up to 100 warmup emails a day, 20 spam test credits includedYou warm one or two mailboxes and want a long-established per-inbox tool with spam testing built in
WarmyNo public price; volume-based quote after a 7-day free trial, no cardYou want a named deliverability expert, Google Postmaster data and a very large warmup network, and can budget for a custom quote
Warmup Inbox$15 per inbox a month for one inbox at 75 warmup emails a day, 7-day free trialYou need one inbox warmed on a paid plan with a developer API, and do not need bundled monitoring

The pattern is simple. Per-inbox tools are competitive at one or two mailboxes; from five upward, E-Warmup’s plan pricing pulls ahead, and at 20 mailboxes Growth works out at $4.95 each, a fraction of the one-inbox rates above. Add one-time seed packs for marketing platforms, and E-Warmup covers both kinds of sending in one account.

Frequently asked questions

How long does E-Warmup take to warm up a mailbox?

Setup takes under 30 seconds, and warmup starts as soon as the mailbox connects. E-Warmup’s own before-and-after comparison is measured at 30 days, which is a realistic window for a new domain. Keep warmup running alongside live campaigns rather than switching it off.

Does E-Warmup work with Gmail, Outlook and SMTP?

Yes. It connects to Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Zoho, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun and any SMTP/IMAP mailbox. Platforms without a mailbox login, such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp, are covered by seed-list warmup instead.

Can E-Warmup fix a damaged sender reputation?

It is built for it: reputation recovery, bounce protection and automatic blacklist delisting requests all target a domain that is already in trouble. Recovery speed depends on what caused the damage, so fix the list or authentication problem first and let the warmup rebuild engagement on top.

What customer support does E-Warmup provide?

Support scales with the plan: Growth adds premium support, Premium adds a dedicated support channel, and High Volume comes with a dedicated deliverability team. Every account can use the help center, email support at support@e-warmup.com and the Discord community, whose members get priority support. The fulfillment policy says requests are handled by automated processes first, with a person stepping in when needed.
